Founded by Jeff and Heather Smith, Optimal Heights Physical Therapy provides personalized physical therapy services to the community with our experienced rehabilitation team. Jeffrey A Smith, DPT, CLT

Jeff has been caring for patients in the physical therapy field since 2001. He earned his Doctorate degree in the study of physical therapy from Northeastern University and his Masters degree in physical therapy from the University of Findlay. He works together with patients helping each patient to achieve their personal best. He also holds a specialized certification from Klose in treating patients with lymphedema. 

Heather J Smith, PTA, CLT

Heather has a long history of caring for patients since 1997. She earned a degree in the study of physical therapist assistant from Butler County Community College. She was awarded top clinical student of her class from her clinical and academic instructors. She is licensed as a physical therapist assistant with indirect supervision. She also holds a specialized certification from Klose in treating patients with lymphedema.
